Notes: Most people take the Timp Cave trail to get to the cave. I occasionally hike it early in the year to get in shape for other hikes. The hike is 1.5 miles and you climb 1000ft. The people at the ticket office say to give yourself 1.5 hours. The views are great. The cave is really interesting. 4

Notes: Drive 2.3 miles past the Fee Area shack. You can’t miss it. Parking is on both sides of the rode.
